The Carole Nash Bike Repair Centre

Not only do we offer great value motor bike insurance here at Carole Nash, but now bikers living in the North West can take advantage of our state-of-the-art Motorcycle Repair Centre. The dedicated centre in Altrincham offers specialist motorbike repairs equipped with the latest diagnostic repair tools and is staffed by expert motorcycle technicians.

This flagship facility in a national network of approved motorcycle repairers, offers motorcycle repair facilities to our policyholders and bikers across the North West. The remainder of the country is covered by Carole Nash's approved motorcycle repair network, which is comprised of independent garages and body shops, the length and breadth of the country.

Each approved repairer is required to adhere to a service level agreement which provides policyholders with the following guarantee:

1. That a damaged bike will be collected within 24 hours
2. That damage and repair costs will be assessed within 48 hours
3. The repaired vehicle (if it is not written off), will be delivered,
   freshly valeted, to the policyholder
4. That all repairs will carry a three year warranty

North West bikers who choose the centre for their own motorcycle repairs, also benefit from FREE collection and delivery of their motorcycle.
